About

I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Reiki Master/Teacher, Grief Reiki® Energy Healer, Reflexologist, Qigong instructor, speaker, author, writer, as well as a hospice volunteer.  I am an ordained minister with the Sanctuary of the Beloved, Inc. of the State of New York.

Some of my published articles include “Reiki in Occupational Therapy” which appeared in Reiki News Magazine, “Treating Outside the Box” published in Advanced for Occupational Therapy and “Stepping into the role of Holistic OT”.

I have been a Reiki Practitioner since 1997 and an instructor in all three levels of traditional Usui Shiki Royho Reiki. In addition to offering individual Reiki sessions, I teach Reiki classes to the general public. I am approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a Continuing Education Provider to teach Reiki for continuing education units to massage therapists.

I teach weekly Qigong classes in my community. Along with my Reiki Master/Teacher colleague, Eileen McIntosh, we offer Holistic Grief Healing workshops.

As my thirst for knowledge never ceases, I am always learning about and training in other modalities. My goal is to integrate these continuing education opportunities to into my services which are incorporated as part of my mission to empower others to empower themselves.
