Classes for Beginners

Come and experience gentle, relaxing, ancient Chinese exercises that are adaptable to all skill levels and abilities.  These exercises are beneficial to reduce stress, loosen muscles, increase vitality, improve flexibility, increase upper extremity range of motion, and so much more.  Enjoy some calmness and tranquility while you Find Your Inner Peace.

Qigong (similar to the more well-known Tai Chi) is described by the National Qigong Association (NQA) as a “mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent”.

Begin your path to wellness. It starts with a Qigong class!
